...right at the start of the conversation. There was a panel of three...and the first woman to speak told me it was my choice to either use my webcam or not. Seemed odd to me. None of the panelists used their camera...but I used mine. Dressed appropriately for the moment. Tried not to look at the live image of me in the corner...but my eye caught it every now and then...and it kinda threw me.

Three finalists will be called for round 2. Feeling very confident that I'll make that cut. That will likely be another virtual chat...with the manager of the office in question.
